Hello! Thank you so much for visiting my website for real estate information and services in the Greater Willamette Valley of Oregon. I’m Karen Church, a Principal Real Estate Broker with Triple Oaks Realty.

For over a decade, I’ve been the “Go-To Gal” serving the buyers and sellers of residential, farm, land, and commercial properties in the Willamette Valley. As a specialist in my industry with the experience and integrity to develop trusting relationships, I’m ready and willing to advise and guide clients through the process of selling your home or finding the home that best meets you and your family’s needs.

I commit myself to help all my clients have an enjoyable experience. I do that by representing your interests 100% and educating you through knowledge and skills throughout the process as we move forward. After graduating from the University of Oregon, I spent 17 years as an elementary school teacher.

While I took pride in helping kids become the best they could be, I now do the same with adults by assisting them in finding their dream home or investment property.

I also have worked with the Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR) as an Executive Committee Member for the President, chaired the Business Issues Key Committee for OAR, and have run multiple Principal Broker Forums for the State of Oregon.
